Jodie Foster leads an all-star cast in this claustrophobic thriller. The recently divorced Meg (Foster) and her 11-year-old daughter Sarah (Kristen Stewart) have just purchased a large house in New York. But on the night they move in, their home is broken into by three burglars (Jared Leto, Forest Whitaker and Dwight Yoakam), forcing Meg and Sarah to take refuge in their heavily protected panic room. Tightly directed by David Fincher, this is a highly focused exercise in tension.
